Congratulations to our last week's winners Paws for PRIDE winners: Christopher Bennett, Sierra Kenner, Rebecca Hurly, Julia Cooper, Jake Arking, Shawn Sklarz, and Sofia Camacho.

These students were chosen at random to be recognized and celebrated for demonstrating one of our five character traits - Pride, Respect, Individual Responsibility, Determination & Empathy. Thank you to all of the Titus families for your support of our Paws for PRIDE program.

Teacher Websites - We Value Your Feedback. . .

As you read in last week’s Tiger Times, teachers have been utilizing teacher websites to provide more information to our Titus community. After surveying Titus parents in June, 2014, we found a common thread: parents utilize and value information on teacher/school websites.

We value your feedback and would like to hear more from Titus parents. Please click here to take a brief survey on technology, specifically teacher and school websites!

Thank you in advance for your time and input! To find and view your teachers' websites click here.

NOVA Parent Meeting . . .

The Network of Victim Assistance (NOVA) is sponsoring a parent forum on cyberbullying and social media on January 26, 2015 beginning at 7:00 PM. This district-wide event will be held at Lenape Middle School and is intended for all families with elementary-aged students. Please click here for more information.

As a side note, NOVA will also be presenting to the Titus 5th grade, regarding cyberbullying on February 17th.

Book Dedications. . .

Why dedicate a book to the Titus Library?

  • To celebrate a birthday
  • To honor a family member or friend

  • To say “thank you” to a teacher

  • To remember someone special

For your donation of $20, we will order a book for you, place a book plate in the book with your message on it, notify the person in whose honor it was given, and allow your child to be the first to check it out. The dedication form can be found on the Titus web site, and if you have any questions please feel free to contact Mrs. Moore, Titus librarian.
