As we move forward with a device rotation strategy, I wanted to give you a glimpse of the hard work our Technology Workgroup Team has done. Throughout the month, we have coordinated with multiple stakeholders to vet devices for our learning experiences.
This work has shown significant data on the experiences by device manufacturer for each theme. As we move forward with our decisions, this data will be used to help give the level of user experience by device.

As we move forward with modern computing, we are looking at ways to help transition your movement. There have been questions on the configurations of keyboards, DVD/CDROM access, and connections with projectors. We are actively in the process of purchasing projectors that will replace the non-HDMI projectors that will allow for our wireless display modules, unhinging your need to plug in the display. We will also supply a dock that has 6 USB connections for external peripherals such as keyboards with 10 key capability and DVD/CDROM devices.

Seesaw is a platform for student engagement. Teachers can empower students to create, reflect, share, and collaborate. Students “show what they know” using photos, videos, drawings, text, PDFs, and links. It’s simple to get student work in one place and share with families, and nothing is shared without teacher approval.
