Letter From The Principal....
Welcome to Bellville Elementary School! We are honored that you chose us to educate and serve your precious children! We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable educational experience for your family. Our goal is for every student to learn and grow through problem solving, cooperation, respect for ourselves and others, and taking responsibility for our actions.
This year we have some new staff in our building, and staff members who will have different teaching positions, so please introduce yourself and make them all feel welcomed! Mrs. Cannon will be our intervention specialist for kindergarten, first and second grade. Mrs. Robinette is moving to our fifth grade intervention specialist position. Mrs. Sparks is moving into kindergarten, and Mrs. Leech was hired as a second grade teacher. We will also be welcoming a new school social worker.
There are many important papers and handbooks that are coming home at the beginning of the school year. Please take the time to read, fill out and return all paperwork as soon as possible.
Please join us for Open House on Thursday, August 25th from 6:30-7:30 p.m. You are encouraged to bring your child's school supplies in that day, and meet your child's teacher(s). While here, you may also pay your child's school fees. School fees are $55 if paid by September 30th, and $65 if paid on October 1st or after. If your child qualifies for free lunch, they may be eligible for a waiver for school fees.
It is our hope that your child is as excited about this school year as we are! Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns as you are a crucial member of our team! We are looking forward to an educational and exciting school year!
Sincerely,
Stacey Swank, Principal
