TED-ed

Over the past year or two, I've shared lots of TED videos with you. Last year, the good people at TED introduced TED-ed. They are still in the business of sharing ideas, but with TED-ed they are more focused on what you do -- teaching.

TED-ed asked educators to submit lessons. From those lessons, TED paired up educators with illustrators and graphic design artists and created profesisonal video lessons. Most lessons have accompanying questions and links for further study. Here's a TED-ed lesson on insults used by Shakespeare - click here.

These are high quality, free resources that could be easily integrated into any class. For more information check out https://ed.ted.com/

Introducing TED-Ed: Lessons Worth Sharing

Ball Pit

Would you ever get into a ball pit with a stranger? If you're like me your answer was an emphatic, no. But, what if you did? Those funny people at SoulPancake built a ball pit and invited strangers to sit in it. Watch the video -- I know you're curious.
