Math Wizards
In February, about 80 LHS students in grades 9-12 had the opportunity to participate in the American Math Competition. Qualified students have the potential to earn college scholarship awards. LHS is proud of our two top scoring students! David Horne earned the highest score for the 9-10 grade bands and Benjamin Johnson earned the highest score for the 11-12 grade bands. David and Ben were recognized at the LHS March Student of the Month celebration, where Ms. Panasowich, Supervisor for Math & Science, awarded each student with a pin from the AMC to recognize their accomplishments. Great job, David and Ben!
