People in the play see Viola as strange and weirdo because she is a women dress as a man. So, she is feminine compare to all the other men in the play. People also see her as out going and kind always speaking her mind. This quote show how kind and feminine Viola is but dress as a man "I see you what you are you are to proud but if you were the devil you are fair" (i.V.225-226). Its showing how more scents Viola is as a man to Olivia. Most men would be less scents to a women.
Comparing Myself To Viola
Me and Viola are similar because we both put others needs in front of ours. This quote is showing that Viola put others first "I'll do my best to woo your lady yet, a barful strife Whoe'er I woo, myself would be his wife" (i.iv.39-41). This quote is showing how even though Viola loves Orsino she would help him be with Olivia. Me and Viola are different because Viola is much more bold then me. Viola had the guts to dress as her brother to take care of herself. I don't think I would be able to dress up and act like my siblings.
