Lunch Visitors
This has been a great two weeks and our cafeteria rules and procedures have been established. We are now welcoming lunch visitors.
Just a reminder that if the lunch visitor is someone other than a guardian, we will need a note giving permission.
There are visitor table signs on a few of the tables for parents/students to eat. Also, please have parents exit through the cafeteria doors, into the parking lot.
After-School Shuttle and Expectations
There are specific guidelines for children that will be shuttled to Robison. Staff must request for their child to be shuttled to Robison using the official district request form. If approved, students must follow our campus procedures, or this privilege will be revoked. Due to the size of our front office, all students shuttled in the afternoon will report to an assigned area which will be determined after school starts. Students will be assigned a responsibility such as helping shelve books in the library or assisting with dismissal. Students should never go to the their parents’ classroom or office for any reason until after we have completed dismissal.
Professional Development
The 2nd-5th R/LA Curriculum Department will be offering sessions to unpack our new standards and our new units. The first meeting will be a Zoom meeting to value your time in the hustle of back to school. If you aren’t able to participate “live”, the course will be
available afterwards for viewing.
