Many people are depressed. About 350 million people are depressed in the world. Some signs of being depressed are a feeling of sadness or hopelessness, frequent crying episodes, fatigue, loss of interest, difficulty concentrating and many more.

There are many ways to prevent depression. Some ways include stay active, eat healthy, maintain a healthy life style and take some time to have fun.
