IE Online Seminar
Lawyers' Management Program
Topic
Strategy during changing times: turning competitive challenges into competitive advantages?
There is no simple strategic answer to law firms as they face both changing and challenging times. Each law firm needs to better understand the unique opportunities and challenges presented by the current changing market conditions. How best can it align its abilities with the current client needs.
In particular, the session will examine the extent to which innovation is a source of sustainable competitive advantage. And if so, what does a law firm need to do to become innovative:
- What do we mean by strategy and what is the process by which a law firm can develop their unique strategy?
- What are the competitive challenges which law firms currently face?
- How can law firms turn these challenges into sources of sustainable competitive advantage?
- Innovation as a source of competitive advantage – be that through internal orchestration or through new services? How can law firms become innovative?
