Some introductions and some requests for information
First, I truly hope that all of you are enjoying your summer, especially those of you who just finished working in summer camp and summer school. You deserve a break! It is not my intention to interrupt your vacay, so this will be very brief.
I would like to introduce you to the 3 new members of our faculty. I am very excited about each of them and the gifts and experience that they will bring to our school and our students. I know that you will all welcome them, make them feel comfortable and help them out in every way possible.
Christina Dixon: Christina will be teaching 3rd grade. I know that she and Eva will be a great team. She has most recently been teaching 4th Grade at Somerset Academy in Miramar and has many other varied experiences to share with her students.
William MacDonald: William will be teaching middle school math and science and will be the 7th grade homeroom teacher. He most recently taught at Doctor's Charter School. He was quite the hit when he was the guest teacher/presenter in summer school and summer camp.

Changes in grade levels:
We have some teachers who are moving grade levels or subjects! I appreciate the fact that everyone is always willing to do what needs to be done and honor my decisions regarding what is best for our students. Thank you to everyone who is making a change.
