Registration Q & A:

Do registration packets have to be completed every school year?

Registration packets must be completed each year-we cannot carry them over from one year to the next.

What if I received a registration packet but my child(ren) are not returning next year?

Please return the registration packet to school and do not complete any of the papers.

Will I still need to come in and register before school starts?

Yes! By completing the registration packet now, you are saving a lot of time during our Registraion Day earning a "fast pass". On Registration Day, you will find out your child's teacher, complete transportation information, and show address verification.

Why do I need to fill out the packet now if I still need to come to registration before school starts back in August?

First, it will save you a lot of time on registration day. Second, it helps us adequately prepare for our classes so we can be sure we have enough teachers planned for the grade level.

Who can fill out the registration packet?

The parent or legal guardian.

What if I do not live in University Park's area or my student attends UP on ELO?

The ELO/out of area application window is from May 2nd-June 3rd. The application is completed by clicking here .

BPS Community Meetings

The school district has scheduled a community meeting for our area of Brevard Public Schools District.

The goal: get feedback from residents on what they love about BPS and what can be improved. While each meeting will be open to all feedback from the participants, the focus will be on family engagement. The meetings associated with University Park will be Wednesday, April 27th at Meadowlane Intermediate. There will be two separate meeting times, 9am-11am and 5pm-7pm.

The goal is to have 2 to 3 people represent UP at these meetings. If you are interest please email Mrs. La Velle at
