OLGC Day at The FUNPLEX
There is NO SCHOOL for students on Tuesday, October 24th; so are you looking for something fun to do? Please join us for OLGC DAY AT THE FUNPLEX! OLGC students can have fun together as they enjoy all the inside attractions, including Go Karts, Laser Tag, Bowling, Foam Frenzy, and MORE!

EUCHARISTIC DAY - October 25

BOO!!! OLGC students and their siblings are invited to join us for a spooktacular night of trick-or-treating. The OLGC parking lot will be lined with trunks ready to treat your little ones. There will be a contest for the best decorated car (Top 3 cars) and the best costume!

IMPORTANT COSTUME INFORMATION
- The Halloween parade will be at 1:45 PM on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 31.
- Class parties will be in the afternoon at 2:15 PM. Half-day preschool children may stay for the afternoon.
- Students may wear their Halloween costumes to school. See costume guidelines below.
To enjoy and celebrate Halloween appropriately, respectfully, and in accordance with school rules, we ask that you use the following guidelines when selecting a costume:
1. NO masks or FULL face paint. Make-up is allowed. Staff members must be able to identify students.
2. Costumes that are inappropriate for school or employ questionable props are not permitted.
3. Costumes that depict violence, alcohol, or drugs are not permitted. Fake weapons or fake blood are not allowed.
4. Costumes that could be offensive or perpetuate a stereotype of culture, gender, heritage, or religion are not permitted.
5. Costumes should not hinder your ability to participate in your classes, including P.E. Costumes may not disrupt or impede traffic, or present issues of safety in the hallway. Inflatable costumes are not permitted.
6. Students of all ages should be independent in the bathroom while wearing costumes.
7. Saints, Angels, and Super Heroes are always encouraged.
** PLEASE NOTE: Students wearing questionable costumes will be asked to change.
PARADE ROUTE: CLASSES WILL HEAD TOWARD MAIN ST. BETWEEN THE CHURCH AND EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER. THEY WILL TURN LEFT ON MAIN ST. TOWARD S. CHURCH ST. THEY WILL TURN LEFT ONTO S. CHURCH ST. TOWARD W. PROSPECT AVE., THEN TURN LEFT ONTO PROSPECT AND RETURN TO THE SCHOOL PARKING LOT.
