Our Life around us...

Our surroundings...
All living things must have these six characteristics. The first characteristic is the basic unit of life also known as cells. The second characteristic is homeostasis. Homeostasis is the way your internal body stays balanced. A good example of homeostasis, because I know your like, thats a huuggee word, what the heck is that, so an example would be when you sneeze. You sneeze because there is most likely something in the air your body does not like, so by sneezing your body is saying,"I DONT LIKE THAT! GET IT OUT OF MY SYSTEM!" The third thing living organisms must be able to do is reproduce (a.k.a. heredity). Heredity can be broken into two different sub-groups which are sexual reproduction and asexual reproduction, sexual reproduction are when 2 different genetic materials mix. Asexual reproduction is when an independent genetic material multiplies. The fourth characteristic is evolution, which is basicly saying living things must be able to grow/develope. Like we are born as babies, then called kids (which some of us dont like), the we become teenagers (which by then we are like "No mom I am a young adult!") and by the time we get over being called "young adults", we are adults (and all we are thinking is, can i be a kid again?"). The fifth characteristic is needing to be interdepent. Which means we all depend on something to survive. Lastly the sixth characteristic is energy. Energy is the unit of we use to grow and survive. Without energy we wouldnt have food, we wouldnt be able to move, we would most likely starve and die. Those are the six basic characteristics of living things.
Cell Phone Evolution
Cell phones have changed dramatically over a period of decades.
Nucleic Acids
This is an example of DNA, which a.k.a is YOU!
What we need...
When you saw this title you probably were thinking "I need my IPhone, my IPod, my T.V., my..." well guess what...WRONG! This about what your body needs. Every human body needs 4 things. The first thing all bodies need is carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are your bodys main sorce of energy. So without carbohydrates your body would not be able to completly fuction correctly. The second thing your body needsĀ are proteins. Poteins help repair your body after an intense workout. The third thing is lipids. Lipids are also known as fats, but not all fats are bad for you. Saturated fats are the bad guys...dont eat alot of those fellows. Unsaturated fats are the good guys that beat up the bad guys and makes life a happy place. Now for the compound I think is most imporant nucleic acids! Nucleic acids are YOU! Its you DNA! Its what makes YOU, YOU!Thats basicly all you need, but you know it doesnt hurt to have a IPhone.
