Is Your Child Resilient?

Do you wonder how you can teach your children to handle challenges? Help them develop resilience. This means being able to “bounce back” and be yourself again after a tough or difficult time.

Resilience can be learned – it’s like a recipe and the main ingredients are: optimism, belief in yourself, looking at problems from different directions, caring about others, taking some risks, stopping and thinking before acting and being comfortable with your feelings.
