Justice is best described as the fairness gained by a group of people that were deserved of it. As a leader, justice is applied by not letting your emotions rule over the people you are leading, and also helping the people that fall short of your standards to get to the level you expect.

Even though everyone says this, Martin Luther King Jr. is the epitome of justice. He fights for the good of the people and for fairness to all people.
