Scoring 95 points in the preliminary evaluation report, TAC students qualified for the detailed report submission stage.

The Environment and Energy Technologies Competition aims to develop innovative and technology ideas by raising awareness about the use of renewable energy sources and promoting an energy-efficient culture.

We congratulate our students and wish them continued success in the next stages of the competition.

We Celebrated National Library Week with Fun and Learning

Tarsus American College’s Korkut Beriker Library organized educational, creative and fun activities for the National Libraries Week to celebrate reading, literature and poetry. The learning processes of TAC students, supported by educational technologies, were reinforced by various activities during the week.

While the teachers added color to this celebration by reading famous poems, they also shared their favorite books with the students in the library.

After a long break, we were very happy to bring back the traditional "Book Treasure Hunt". The students who participated in the competitions tried to find their way to their treasures by using research techniques. The groups had a lot of fun while being a part of a stiff competition.

Students who tried to guess book names in the "Hidden Books" competition had a good time as well.

Along with all these educational and entertaining activities, books which are discarded from the library catalog were sold during all breaks in order to support the community service projects. We would like to thank all our students, teachers and staff who contributed by purchasing these books.

In addition to the “Books That Shaped History” exhibition, we were happy of the great interest in the books exhibited in the "Diaries" and "Mystery" sections.

Harry Potter, the popular children's series, has always had an adult following. This year, we drew student interest through our Harry Potter Photo Corner.

“OUTSIDE” Outdoor Photography Art Exhibition

We are happy to see that the exhibition of photos titled “Outside”, organized with the aim of encouraging the artistic talents of students who are interested in photography, has achieved its purpose.

The photographs taken by Visual Arts students and those in the Art Club and exhibited in the school garden were exhibited in the TAC garden on Wednesday, April 27. The photos taken outdoors by the prep, 9th and 10th graders were admired by parents, teachers and students.

We thank our students who participated in the exhibition and wish them all the best in their future endeavors related to the art of photography.
