Sharing Our Ideas Through Our Favorite Apps
5th Grade
Fifth graders enjoy finding apps that can enhance their study sessions and make it fun, quick, and interactive. We like Flash Card Plus when we study.
4th Grade
Fourth graders love Social Studies Friendzy. You can challenge people all over the globe on Social Studies facts. Are you smarter than a 4th grader?
3rd Grade
In third grade they love the competitive nature of Reading Friendzy.
2nd Grade
Second graders love Sushi Monster to practice their quick math skills.
1st Grade
They use Spelling City like the Kinders to practice spelling words.
Kinder
Kindergartners use Spelling City daily with their weekly word list practice. They can play games, have spelling practice tests, and this can be done in small groups or independent work time.

Help Wanted
Students were given the assignment to study the artisans of the colonial day. Instead of reading a chapter and taking a test they were given the opportunity to dive deeper into the jobs of the 1700s. They chose a job and had to be creative in their Help Wanted poster. Students used common day advertising styles (like pull tabes) but they were thoughtful, engaged and pulled off great posters that were eye-catching and research based.
Modification
SurveyCrest
Students can create surveys for projects easily through this app to enhance learning. Through data collections their research has more reliable standings.
