The Hungry Heart provides an intimate look at the often hidden world of prescription drug addiction through the world of Vermont Pediatrician Fred Holmes who works with patients struggling with this disease.

After the viewing of the film we will have a panel discussion with Dr. Holmes and other Health Care Professionals. This event is open to all Georgia Community members.

This film is appropriate for students in grades 7 and up. Students must be accompanied by a parent given the content of the film.
