FOOD & FUND DRIVE
In March, the McAuliffe PTC arranged the Food & Fund Drive to collect food and donations for Hastings Family Service. The McAuliffe students raised over $600 and 350 lbs of food that will help Hastings families in need.

The annual statewide tornado drill is scheduled for Thursday, April 11 2019 at 1:45 p.m.
Weather Warning Terms
The National Weather Service uses the words, "watch" and "warning" to alert you to potentially dangerous weather.
Watch - Be Alert!
A watch means weather conditions are favorable for dangerous weather to occur. In other words, a "watch" means watch out for what the weather could do, and be ready to act accordingly.
Warnings - Act Now!
A warning means the weather event is imminent or occurring somewhere in the defined warning area and that people need to take shelter as soon as possible.

SLEDDING DAY
McAuliffe students earned their sledding day by reaching their first semester Box Top goal. It was a beautiful day for sledding!
