SPED TEACHER ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION
DROPOUT PREVENTION TRAINING
There will be a two day Dropout Prevention Training for schools who are interested on November 1 and 2, in Jefferson City, MO. This is related to all students not just IEP students. This is for those who have not previously attended Dropout Prevention training. Please see the linked brochure for more information.
Schools are encouraged to send a team that includes an administrator, counselor, general education teacher, special education teacher, transition personnel, etc. This training is appropriate for high schools, junior high schools, and middle schools. There is no cost for the training and Dr. Gilpin is currently working out the details for a location.
They need to know at this point who is interested in attending. Please contact Cheryl Wrinkle by email if you and your school team might be interested by September 23, 2016. firstname.lastname@example.org
