Kaiser Wilhelm - The last german emperor who wanted Germany to be a world power by merging with other groups in Europe.

The Allies included Britain, France, Russia, Italy and the United States.

Central Powers which included Germany, Austria-Hungary, Ottoman Empire and Bulgaria.

Herbert tried as much as he could to stimulate and make new jobs for Americans in the Great Depression. Herbert also helped Franklin D. Rosevelt run the Great Depression.
