If your child will not be at school due to an illness, please send a note with him/her upon returning to school. Your student will turn this note into the front office. PLEASE do not call the the office or email staff members to report their absence ahead of time.
Teachers are not required to give students work in advance. However, your student can keep up with their school work on Schoology. He/she can talk to teachers about work that was missed upon returning to campus.

STUDENTS- When students need/want to see a counselor throughout the day at school, they need to scan the QR code signs posted in every teacher's classroom, OR use the link below to take them straight there. There are also several of these posters around the school in common areas for student convenience.

Community Assistance Programs Available
There are two community programs available to those families needing some extra help with food and school clothes. If your student is receiving free or reduced school meals and you are interested in these programs, please contact your child’s counselor for the applications. Inquiries are kept confidential.
· Coppell Cares-Weekend Backpack Program provides bags of food to be taken home by students every weekend.
· Assistance League of Coppell-Operation School Bell provides school clothes, shoes, backpacks and coats.
