Summary

Irelands capital is Dublin. Ireland’s population 4,832,765 as of 2014 and has a Republican government. In Ireland they use Euros as currency but previously was the Irish pound or Punt. In Ireland the their official language is English and Irish (Gaelic). Some of the main products of Ireland agricultural are turnips, barley, potatoes, sugar beets, wheat; beef, dairy.

Irelands land area is 26,598 sq mi (68,889 sq km). Irelands biome- is temperate deciduous forest biome, and most of the land area was originally covered with these types of woodlands. There are many different type animals that inhabit Ireland just as Eurasian Otter ,Red Deer,Polecat,Roe Deer, Hazel Dormouse. Rabbits, Common Frog,Natterjack Toad,Great Crested Newt,Adder, Sand Lizard, Smooth Snake, Swan, Robin, Tawny Owl, Stoat, Pine Marten, Common Seal are just some of the animals that live in Ireland. A popular tourist attraction is Giant’s Causeway it is 170 acres.

Tourist Attractions

Giant's Causeway is 170 acres and is located in the North cost of Ireland. It was the glories side-effect of an ancient volcano's eruption. Which created 40,000 interlocking columns. St. Patrick’s Cathedral is also a major tourist attraction. St. Patrick’s Cathedral was built in in 1191 and is now the official National Cathedral of the Church of Ireland.
