Ridgeview Walking Trail Final Plan
Join us for our Walking Trail Volunteer Day!
Be a Part of Ridgeview History: November 1st at 11:00
We hope you can join us in building our Ridgeview Walking Trail!
What: Ridgeview is building our long awaited walking trail on our playground field! Please volunteer to spend your morning with us building the trail. We will be raking the limestone into the pre-dug path. It will take a lot of synergizing to have this project completed in one morning so our students can enjoy their playground walking trail, but we know we can do it with helpers like you!
Who: Ridgeview Parents, Students and Community Volunteers
When: Saturday, November 1st at 11:00. We hope to be done around 1:30 p.m.
Where: The Ridgeview Playground
What to Bring:
- A heavy duty metal garden rake to rake the limestone
- Metal shovels
- Working gloves to protect your hands
- A wheel barrow if you have one (not required)
- Students are encouraged to join us but need to be carefully supervised by parents
Rain Plan: If it rains on our volunteer day, I will send out a school wide phone call that morning letting families know. If we get rained out again, we will try again in the spring.
RSVP: Please RSVP at the bottom of this flier to help us with our planning.
This walking trail will bring joy to so many Ridgeview students and community members! We hope you can be a part of creating it with us!
THANK YOU!!
