Changes In The Cafeteria
Dear Hinesburg Community,
After much thought and careful consideration, I have decided after 22 years to retire from my position as Cafeteria Supervisor here at Hinesburg Community School at the end of this School year.
Leaving will be not be entirely easy. I have genuinely enjoyed working with my great staff and students here at Hinesburg Community School.
I have sincerely appreciated the association I have had with everyone over the past several years.
I have many fond memories of my time here at HCS, and most of them involve the wonderful groups of students, staff with whom I have worked with.
Sincerely,
Debra Bissonette
Cafeteria Supervisor

Census 2020 – it’s time to be counted!
Every ten years, we count everyone in the United States. It’s called the Census. It’s really important because the Census helps us make decisions about the future of our community and our country. It also helps decide where federal and state funding go – funding for schools, funding for roads, funding for playgrounds, etc. Check out the short video links below to find out why the Census matters.
Every household in the country will start receiving Census forms by mail in mid-March. Responses can be submitted online, over the phone, or by mail. Be sure your household participates! For more information, visit the 2020 Census webpage - https://2020census.gov
