2. STUDENT IPADS need to be charged at night to be ready for ILEARN testing during the day. Please remind your children to do this each day next week :)

4. Below in the flyer and download section more information about the upcoming Greenfield Fire Teen Academy that was mentioned during the announcements this morning.
Students can also stop by the Student Services Office if they need a paper copy of the forms.
We will have firefighters here during lunches on Tuesday the 19th to talk to students more about this program.
5. SPRING STUDENT PICTURES: Mark your calendars for April 22nd. There is an order form below with more details. You can order online @ mylifetouch.com with ID: EVTV72J3S
6. The GCJH Athletic Department is clearing out some old uniforms and apparel. Items are available for students to purchase for $3 or $5. Students must complete this Google Form (https://forms.gle/RQFAwxNjF1gpvSRx6) for each item they wish to purchase. Everything is first come, first served. Money must be collected before the items will be distributed. The form includes pictures of each item available for purchase, as well as sizes/quantities of each item.
7. Ivy Tech Community College - Anderson and Hancock Regional Health are inviting you to be a part of our Get to Know Us Community Event. The community event will take place on Wednesday, April 20th from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM at the Hancock Wellness Center at Healthway Park. Don’t miss out on FREE food from Karma’s Kitchen, live music from Magnolia Soul and all things Ivy Tech.

As a member of the Hancock County Community, Ivy Tech Community College – Anderson wants to ensure you are aware of the educational opportunities and pathways available to you. Through this event, you can engage and learn more with representatives from our academic programs, admissions and enrollment team, Career Coaching & Employer Connections team, and Foundation. We will also have our state-of-the-art STEM Mobile onsite. Tours will be offered throughout the event to explore the experiences on the STEM Mobile.

8. The Hancock County Children’s Theater is currently accepting applications for their summer program. If your child is interested in acting, singing, dancing, art, or theater tech, be sure to turn in an application. Go to hancockcountychildrenstheater.org and fill out an application.
9. Washington D.C. Trip (8th Grade) . . . There will be a mandatory All Travelers meeting for the Washington D.C. trip on May 4 at 7 p.m. in the cafeteria. Chaperones going on the trip need to attend as well!

GCJHS will have a collaborative piece that the whole school has worked on (butterfly project) on display. Students who have individual art pieces on display have been notified via email.
