**Weekly Update** 01/22/21 Vol. 23
Hola Jaguar Parents!
This week marks a major milestone in American history. We just recently acknowledged the inauguration of our new President Joe Biden and our new Madam Vice President Kamala Harris. We are excited at what this opportunity represents for America in the next four years and we are embracing the changes with optimism.
I've had the privilege as a Principal to visit classrooms and speak with students regarding the significance of this moment and what it means for our country moving forward. Most importantly, have challenged all of our students, particularly our female students, to DREAM BIG!
Just a friendly reminder, that next week we have NWEA/MAP testing to measure the growth and academic progress of our Jaguars! I want to encourage all of our Jaguars to do their best and to demonstrate their academic knowledge and understanding of the materials. We will send out the official schedule next Monday. WE GOT THIS JAGUARS! LET’S GOOOOOO!
Parents- another reminder that we have a Parent Workshop at 5 pm next Tuesday on Jan.26th that will provide opportunities to support you in Computer Literacy! Please join us as you have the opportunity to earn 2 community service hours for your son/daughter.
Have a great week and as usual, please call/text/email me if you have any questions. My role as a Principal is to support you and our students every step of the way.
-Principal Palomo
