Elementary Distance Learning Update

5.3.20

Welcome to Week 6 Medford Elementary Tigers!

As we head into week six of distance learning, the Medford Elementary staff would like to say that we are all PROUD of each and every one of you--students, parents, and caregivers, alike! Thank you for your continued effort to support learning at home.

This week, staff will begin to pack up belongings for students in an effort to be prepared for our exchange of belongings. We have not yet set a date or time for this to take place, so please continue to check your email moving forward for further details.

Please continue to reach out to us if we can help you in any way. We are here to work with you together through all the challenges that come with distance learning. It's a great day to be a Tiger!

Just a reminder that students will not have Distance Learning on Monday, May 4th.

HOW WILL WE HANDLE SCHOOL ISSUED DEVICES THAT NEED REPAIRS?

Families will complete THIS FORM . (This form is also linked on our school website under the Distance Learning tab "Technology") Once this form is completed, the information will be shared with the proper staff member who will attempt to repair the school issued device (ipad or chromebook) This service will run through our four lunch stops from 11:00-1:00. Families will drop off the device with the para in charge at that time at one of the four lunch stops, sign necessary paperwork and they will bring it back to school for our technology department to take a look at. The drop off and return days will be Mondays and Thursdays. This service is subject to change as we move through our distance learning model.

Thank you for continuing to partner with us as we move along our distance learning journey. Please reach out if I can help to support you and your child's learning needs during this time. Take Care!
