Dear Defer Families,
We hope that this communication finds you well and that you are enjoying time with family and friends this summer. Despite all that is going on, we could not be more excited about welcoming new students to our school and welcoming returning students back. Our first two weeks will be focused on social-emotional learning, relationships and building classroom community. Please make sure contact information is correct.
Material Pick-up: An adult or family member must accompany their student to pick-up materials. Social distancing protocols will be in place and followed. Please wear masks while picking up materials on school grounds.
In an effort to mitigate risk and follow safety protocols, we are not going to take school pictures during the registration process or during the picture days. For the 20-21 School year we will 'roll' 2019-2020 student pictures forward into 2020/2021 Mistar. If you would like to upload a picture of your child, directions will be included within the 2020-21 Pre-Registration online documents.
While students who elected the OneGP Virtual school may receive additional or slightly modified information, you are still part of our school community. OneGP Virtual elementary school students will be completing online registration and materials pick-up at their home school. We are working together to finalize all of the details for OneGP Virtual students. Families will be contacted by Dr. Delgado (coordinator of OneGP Virtual) soon regarding these details.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me, rheauml@gpschools.org.
Together we will make this a great year!
Dr. Rheaume

With regards to GP Traditional student schedules, we have created a draft student schedule for elementary and secondary students. These documents are subject to change, however, they provide a rough outline of the time expectations for GP Traditional students in a 100% remote learning environment. The specific schedule for students in OneGP Virtual will be highly similar to the schedules below:
We will be hosting a live GP Traditional Q and A this Thursday, August 20th from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Further details regarding this event will be provided early next week. Please note that this Q and A will be recorded and posted to the website so families can review this Q & A at their convenience.
We will continue to provide further information as it becomes available. Please reach out to your building administrator if you have any questions.
