Family Update - 9/4/22
Scott Dual Language Magnet
Dear Scott Families,
This week was full of excitement as our Panthers experienced their first visit to the Panther Pay Store! In this week’s newsletter, we have news of upcoming events and programs such as H.O.P.E. (our returning after-school program), Los Mandiles Rojos fundraiser (THIS WEDNESDAY), and much much more! Pay close attention, September is going to be a great month!
The Latest from Scott DL
Highlight of the week: 4th Grade
4th graders worked collaboratively to create their bilingual classroom newsletter. What a great application for practicing their writing skills!
Pather Pay Store
On Thursday and Friday, students cashed-in their hard-earned Panther Pays at our brand new Panther Pay Store! Staff helped students count their “money” and use it to purchase reward items, such as stickers, mood pencils, and secret decoder notebooks, or experiences, such as “pajama day”, or time to work with our coding robots.
