If you attended the Raleigh ICF conference in 2015 then you saw Annelies paint live on-stage during our keynote presentation. She now uses that painting as a unique coaching tool to help her clients access new perspective and hone in on solutions they may not be have been aware of or have been unable to access. During Coaching Through ART you'll get an opportunity to explore this experience yourself! It's truly a fresh way to help clients leverage resources. Come join us, you won't find a tool quite like this anywhere!

ABOUT OUR FACILITATOR
Annelies M. Gentile, MA, ACC :: Strategic Visionary & Process Artist
Annelies found coaching through her own search to define a purpose-filled path and to cope with career and life change. She found solace and solution by merging her gift of making deep meaningful connections with her mastery of creating engaging processes that gently provoke and inspire people to step beyond their comfort zone. Process has become her art form. For her, the magic starts with a powerful process that’s engaging and rooted in creating deep connections with ourselves and the world around us. The result has been inspiring for her and for all whom she serves.
No other experience has informed her creative-problem-solving, leadership skills and depth of compassion more than her exposure to world-culture and her humble beginnings in theater over 25 years ago. She's worked in television, film and on and off Broadway catalyzing ideas and beautiful solutions for stars, high-profile politicians and high-performance professionals. Her professional experience includes being a designer, director, producer, manager, educator, social change catalyst, non-profit board member, visual artist and now coach, consultant and facilitator. She's also lived in Dubai, traveled to 22 countries and has been to 49 states in the US, informing her philosophy that all people simply yearn to belong and be heard.
Her credentials include a BA in creative process and social change, a MA in coaching (Maryland University of Integrative Health), additional grad-studies in conflict transformation and peacebuilding (European Graduate School in Switzerland), and transformative leadership (Tai Sophia Institute). Annelies is also professionally accredited with ICF (International Coaching Federation) and founded her coaching and consulting practice Conduit for Change, LLC in 2008.
Annelies' lives in Raleigh with her sweetheart Greg Whitt of DRUM for CHANGE and her fish, Blueberry. They are both a practicing Aunt and Uncle for children everywhere.
