Bus Transportation
Please review the bus rules, procedures, and expectations with your child.
Key Points which seem to be the reason for most referrals.
-NO eating or drinking on the bus.
-Students MUST stay properly seated for the duration of the ride. NO jumping seats, sitting backwards, sitting on the floor, hiding under the seat, etc.
-NO inappropriate language, discussions, gestures, etc.
-Keep your HANDS to yourself
Follow the Raider Way.... Respect. Empathy, Pride, and Integrity
The school bus is an extension of the classroom.
SAFETY is the number one priority. We appreciate your help and support with this matter so that all students are safe.

Thank you to the Columbia Fire Department for coming in to talk to the students about the importance of fire safety. The students enjoyed getting to see the inside of the fire truck and had a great time spraying the hose.

Fall Family Night on the Farm
The 2023 Fall Family Night on the Farm was a smashing success! Thank you to all of you who were able to make it out, we had a final count of 648 people who attended! That is our largest number yet! We hope you enjoyed your time as much as we did! Special thank you to Red Wagon Farm for hosting our event and donating pumpkins, cider, and popcorn to our families! We are so fortunate that they offer us a deal on this special night! I also want to thank all of the CLSD employees, and high school students who came out and volunteered their time to make this night so much fun for all of our Raiders! We are always looking for ways to improve this event, please email Kim Rumes @ krumes@clsdraiders.org with any suggestions or comments! Thank you so much! Happy Fall!
