High in Fibers

Cellulose, which is also known as fiber, can help our digestion and is essential to our diet.

However, a lot of high-fiber food do not taste good.

So, let's make some tasty smoothies with ingredients that are high in fiber.

1/2 cup fat-free milk

1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt

1/2 frozen banana

1 1/2 tablespoons flax seed

1 teaspoon honey

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 cup soy milk

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 frozen banana

1 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon white sugar

Why these ingredients?

Both strawberries and bananas are fruits that are high in fiber.

Also, since soy milk is made from soy beans, which are high in fiber, it provides plenty of cellulose, too.

Other ingredients...

Blueberry, apple and kiwi fruit are also high in fibers.

Cucumber, spinach and kale are vegetables that are high in fibers.

Chia seeds are really good for health, especially for heart.
