In observance of the national Thanksgiving holiday there is no school tomorrow or Friday. We hope everyone enjoys the long weekend – however you spend the time. We’ll see students back at school on Monday, November 28.

We’ll wrap up the first trimester on Dec. 1, and then there is no school for students on Friday, December 2 or Monday, December 5. Please be planning for these days.

As we enter the holiday weekend, I want to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving! I count my blessings to be a part of the Northpoint community. Our students, staff, and families are the best. On behalf of the entire Northpoint team, we appreciate you and value our partnerships! Thank you for entrusting your children to our care.

The Northpoint health office will be conducting vision screening on Wednesday, December 7. This year, we are excited to partner with the Spring Lake Park Lions Club. They will be bringing trained volunteers to use a vision spot screener to screen students for potential vision issues. Please make sure your child brings their glasses to school on December 7 for the vision screening. If you do NOT want your child to participate in vision screening, please call the Northpoint health office at 763-5704 by Thursday, December 1.

• Winter Market - December 10: Join us Saturday, December 10 from 10 a.m.-noon at Spring Lake Park High School for the Winter Market. All are welcome. Activities include a K-4 Gift Shop (registration required), Panther Store pop-up, entertainment, treats, youth activities and vendor tables.
