One of the important parts of having a healthy lifestyle is nutrition. Balance is also very important. Balance means not having to much or to little of one thing. For example: instead of eating a whole bag of potato chips, eat a salad. Don't just say that you are going to stop eating junk food for the rest of your life, just cut down on the junk food and have it once in a while because you will start to crave it. A balanced diet is what gives your body nutrition and energy to help you get through the day. To have a truly balanced diet, try to obtain your daily meals: grains, meat, fruits and vegetables and dairy. If your diet is not balanced that could lead to heart disease, cancer, stroke and diabetes.
Processed Food And Additives
Processed food can be dangerous but, can make food safe. Some processed foods are: breakfast cereal, bread, bacon, milk and soft drinks, cheese and many more. Food additives are substances that help make the food last longer while in stores, makes food have flavour and colour. Some additives in food are: artificial flavours and colours, BHT and BHA is what makes food last longer and have more flavor and colour. BHT and BHA can be found in potato chips, jello, chewing gum and cereal. Corn syrup, trans fat, sodium nitrate. Try to avoid these food additives.
Lifestyle
Nutrition is important and knowing what is in your food but, it's all about lifestyle. If you are not getting at least 8 hours of sleep for more than 1 or 2 weeks than see your doctor. Make sure that you keep your device away from your bed because of the radiation and other stuff that your device gives of for example wifi. Also, try your best to get as much physical activity as you can but don't forget about balance. Keep your body in good shape by exercising.
