Nambi Desert
The Nambi desert is a coastal desert in Nambi, South Africa. The Nambi desert is one of the oldest deserts in the world!!! It is on the whole coast line and is made up of sand dunes.
Cape of good hope
The Cape of good hope is located on the Southern tip of Africa. It was found when a salor was searching of India but instead found the Cape of good hope, when he arrived there, it had some very powerful storms so was named cape of storms.
Johannesburg
Johannesburg population makes it be one of the largest cites in South Africa. Johannesburg is the providence capital of Gauteng which is a wealthy providence. Johannesburg has a lot of gold and diamond trade.
Zambezi River
The Zambezi River flows into the Indian Ocean from African and is the 4th longest river in South Africa. The Zambezi River's basin is about half less than the Nile River. It has a river source in Zambi, along the border of Namibia, and even through Eastern Uganda.
Limpopo River
The Limpopo River flows Eastern into the Indian Ocean. The Limpopo River is about 1,800 klimeters long. The Basins about 415,000 kilometers. The Limpopo River is the 2nd largest river in Africa that drains into the Indian Ocean.
Lusaka
Lusaka is located on the Southern Part of the central plateau. Lusaka is the largest city and the capital of Zambia a fast growing city. Lusaka is almost 30 square miles. You can see that in Lusaka new houses, new buildings, and new malls, are coming up all in and around Lusaka.
Kalahari Desert
Kalahari Desert is 9000,000 square kilometers, going through much of Botswana and Namibia. The Kalahari Desert has many different kinds of plants and animals. Also in the Kalahari Desert temperatures are high and they get little rainfall.
Cabinda
Cabinda is an exclave providence of Angola. On the North it is bordered by the Republic Of Congo at to the West there is the Atlantic Ocean. Cabinda has some of the largest oil wells. Around 7000,000 barrels if Crude Oil is produced in 1day.
Orange River
The Orange River is the longest river in South Africa. It starts at the Drakensberg moutians and ends in the Atlantic Ocean.(120 miles) The Orange River provides water for Hydroelectric power and irrigation water. At the mouth of the Orange River there are sandbars, and high rapids that have caused difficulty for things to move up and down the river.
Victoria Falls
Victoria Falls is located in Zambezi every minuet about 550 million cubic meters of water sprays from Victoria Falls. The falls in over an 100 meter drop. The knife edge bridge is a bridge that gives a great view of the falls to all who are on it.
