Also note that no birthday invitations are allowed to be distributed at school. It is school policy.

Fast Food

Please refrain from bring fast food into the building during student lunch times. We encourage you to eat a school lunch or pack a lunch from home.

Wreaths for Reading

The students in Mrs. Fausts class has created their own business to raise money to purchase a Little Library House for the Warren Community. They are selling birdseed wreaths, handmade by the students. If you are interested in purchasing a birdseed wreath for $10, contact Stephanie Faust- sfaust@warren.k12.in.us.

Middle of the Year Testing (MOY)

Middle of the year testing for reading and math begins tomorrow, December 3 and will continue through December 14th. NSGRA (measures student reading level and growth from beginning of the year until now- one-on-one testing with techer) and NWEA (measures student math and reading growth from beginning of year until now- computerized assessment). Both of these assessments are giving three times a year to measure student growth. All assessment data will be sent home with report cards. Please contact your child's teacher to discuss these assessments further.

Parents Night Out

Enjoy some free time while your rocket has a fun filled night with team Eastridge. We have several activities planned including dinner, craft, cookied baking and decorating, making smelly slime, and much more. Parents Night Out is this Friday, December 7th from 6PM-8PM.

Late Start

December 12, 2018 is a late start for all Eastridge Elementary students. Please note that school buses will be operating on a 1hr delay.

Breakfast with Santa

Eastridge’s Annual Breakfast with Santa will be held on Saturday, December 15, 2018 from 9AM—11:00AM. Additional information will be coming home soon

Elfis and the Sleigh Riders

Noteables present Elfis and the Sleigh Riders on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at 10:00AM in the Eastridge Gym. Please come out and support our third and fourth grade students as they perform for students in grades K-2.


CORE Celebration will take place on December 20, 2018. This is a time where we get celebrate our Rockets for displaying CORE behaviors. More information to come.

Help for the Holidays

The holidays are quickly approaching. If you and your family find yourselves in need of some extra support this season, please contact Mrs. Noel Wilson at 532-3152. Assistance is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to match as many families as possible with the resources available.

Lost and Found

We currently have many personal items in the Lost and Found bins located in the school cafe'. Please check with your child and if they are missing any clothing, jackets, books, lunchboxes, or other personal items, please have them check our bins.


It's never to late to join our PTA. Joining the PTA allows you and your family to get into all PTA sponsored events free. $7 is all it takes to become a member. Please see the front office for more information.

Post Road Christian Church Basketball and Cheerleading league

Our League focuses on teaching character , good sportsmanship, teamwork, basic basketball skills and just having fun. Everyone participates!

Basketball( boys and girls in grades K-8)- $65// League starts January 12th,2019

Cheerleading( girls in grades K-8)- $65 and includes cheerleading uniform ( Cheerleading practice starts 12/4/18)

Outside Recess

It’s that time of year when we need to remind student to make sure they have appropriate clothing for recess. The district policy states students will be going outside for recess if the temperature and the wind chill are above 20 degrees. We have extra coats, hats, and gloves for students in need. Please contact the front office if you need assistance.

Students must go outside unless we have a doctor statement.
