### by: Carrie, Brooke, Ryan

## The divisibility rules are:

If a number is divisible by 2~ The last digit will be even.

If a number is divisible by 3~ The sum of all of the digits added together is divisible by 3.

If a number is divisible by 4~ The last two digits are divisible by 4.

If a number is divisible by 5~ The last digit must be either 0 or 5.

If a number is divisible by 6~ It is divisible by both 2 AND 3.

If a number is divisible by 7~ No good one ;(

If a number is divisible by 8~ No good one ;(

If a number is divisible by 9~ The sum of digits is divisible by 9

If a number is divisible by 10~ it will end in 0.

## 333 333 is divisible by 3 because 3+3+3=9 which is divisible by 3. It is also divisible by 9 because 3+3+3=9 and 9 goes into 9 once. 333 is not divisible by 6 because it is not divisible by 2. | ## 747 747 is divisible by 3 because 7+4+7=18 which is divisible by 3. 747 is also divisible by 9 because 9 goes into 18 twice. 747 is not divisible by 2 because 7 is not even. | ## 130 130 is divisible by 2 because 0 is even. 130 is also divisible by 5 because it ends in 0. It is also divisible by 10 because it ends in 0. It is not divisible by 6 because it is not divisible by 3. |

## 333

333 is divisible by 3 because 3+3+3=9 which is divisible by 3. It is also divisible by 9 because 3+3+3=9 and 9 goes into 9 once. 333 is not divisible by 6 because it is not divisible by 2.

## 747

747 is divisible by 3 because 7+4+7=18 which is divisible by 3. 747 is also divisible by 9 because 9 goes into 18 twice. 747 is not divisible by 2 because 7 is not even.
