Empowering Students to Take Responsibility
Responsibility-Centered Discipline is an approach to discipline that is based on six core concepts for developing responsible students. The RCD process incorporates an ongoing model and tools for ensuring full implementation and has produced remarkable results in all types of schools and at all age levels across North America. School personnel have seen significant decreases in office referrals, detentions, and suspensions. Participants can expect to explore the following:

- Letting students own their behavior
- Responsibility Pyramid
- "Give 'em Five" Statements, Skills, and Tips
- "Give 'em Five" Guided Conversation Checklist
- Role rehearsals, scenarios, plus much more!

*Each workshop day will begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 3:00 p.m. (Eastern)
*Lunch and workbooks are included in registration.
*Each participant will receive a certificate for 12 Professional Growth Points.
*All participants should bring a laptop to use during the session.
*Registration fee is $250 per person for ESC members ($350 nonmembers)
