FAFSA Update
Building Global Bridges
Students in our Entrepeneurship classes participated in virtual participation with small businesses in Ghana and Honduras. Students were able to gain first-hand experience on a global scale working with the Squads Abroad program. The certificate reads:
"For completion of 20 hours of virtual volunteering for participation with Squads Abroad on a Global Business Squad. Students made a sustainable impact in partnership with Global Brigades Business program consulting a small business in Ghana and Honduras."
Gaming Gaels
Preparation for the upcoming spring league will be starting soon. Our converted storage room is almost ready. Please stay tuned to your email for more info. Those that did not sign up and are interested please email esports@roxbury.org to get on the information list. Below is the finalized list of games offered for competition and three possible leagues. While we will mainly concentrate on the three games, we are not limited and there will be free play days offered as well.

NJEPA Scholarship Opportunities
The New Jersey Emergency Preparedness Association (NJEPA) honors the State’s exemplary Emergency Managers through a series of scholarships named in their honor. These awards are named for Captain Jonathan C. Young, former President of the New Jersey Emergency Preparedness Association and career firefighter and fire officer and Michael W. Augustyniak a former career emergency manager and planner for the New Jersey Office of Emergency Management. They are intended for a graduating high school senior, or college student presently enrolled in an accredited college or university interested in pursuing a career in the emergency management field of study. This includes emergency management, homeland security, fire suppression, law enforcement, hazardous material, arson investigation, emergency medical services, planning, Health, Public Health, Social Services, etc.- in the public or private sector.
