We're looking forward to new memories & new opportunities this year!
What are you looking forward to this year? We are beginning the year by focusing on how we can improve the library. A strategic plan will be created based on survey results from students, staff, and the Bradley. The surveys were sent out earlier this week. Students will have the opportunity to complete the survey in their ELAR classes.

Book Club Book: Lucky Luna
In January, we read Lucky Luna. This book was a fun read about Luna, a young girl who loves hats and finds herself in sticky situations with her primas/cousins! We loved this book!

Thank you so much to this amazing author who took time out of her busy schedule to chat with us. In addition to Lucky Luna, she has written and adaptation of Coco, Confetti Girl, Choke, Ask Me about my Mood Ring, and Nothing up my Sleeve.
Teachers Kickoff 2019 in the library!
Teachers returned to school one day before students to prepare for the Spring semester.What a great place to start the new year!
Zoob Creations in Makerspace
7th graders created awesome 3D models like this motorcycle!
More students read with Gus
These 6th graders and more Bradley Bears had the opportunity to meet Gus and read true tales of Heroic Dogs.
Spelling Bee
Spelling Bee contestants were surrounded by our books (filled with words) as the competed for the winning title.
San Antonio Tricentennial Book
We received 2 copies of this awesome book that celebrates our city! What an awesome addition to our collection!
Makerspace Club
This month Makerspace Club members created video games using Bloxels and stop motion videos with Stikbots!
Technology Integration
Students responded to questions and practiced the concept using drawing tools in Nearpod.
Art 1 Classes in the Library
Students participated in an interactive Nearpod lesson to learn about space and One Point Perspective art.
One Point Perspective Drawings
The next day, students were ready to create their drawing of the hallway using space and one point perspective.
