Elizabeth Ide Elementary School
A Message from your Principal, Mrs. Johnson
Dear Families,
We have had a great start to the 2023-2024 school year. It has been wonderful getting to know you and each of your children. I have had the opportunity to walk through each classroom every day this week. Your children appear to be making connections with each other and engaging in activities that are building a classroom environment conducive to learning.
This week, our Lions have been learning a lot about what it means to BE A LION. At Elizabeth Ide Elementary, we expect our students to Be Safe, Responsible, and Respectful. Those expectations look different in different areas of our building. It's important that we utilize consistent language to teach expectations and reinforce positive behaviors. I'm proud of how well our students are demonstrating their ability to Be Safe, Responsible, and Respectful.
Thank you for your partnership this year; it is going to be a great school year!
Respectfully,
Katie Johnson
Principal
The 2023-2024 Ide Staff thanks you for a great start to the year!
