Employee Self Screener
Effective July 28, 2020
Good Morning,
Beginning tomorrow (Tuesday, July 28, 2020) employees will be required to complete a self-screening daily, prior to coming to work, and report the results of that screening within two hours of the beginning of their shifts.
Human Resources will be the only individuals who have access to this information, and it will remain confidential. Employees who are experiencing new symptoms or a fever of 100.4 degrees or higher should stay home, report their absence, contact their direct supervisors, and contact the Human Resources Department. Employees who have a known exposure to a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 should also stay home and should follow the same protocol. Any employee who tests positive for COVID-19 must report his or her positive result to the Human Resources office immediately. The HR Department and our Student Services Department are working in conjunction with - and with the guidance of - the St. Charles Department of Public Health. All staff are asked to socially distance and wear a mask when social distancing of six feet is not possible.
We appreciate your cooperation as we work to put precautions in place and ensure a safe learning and working environment for everyone.
