Decision Making
When making decisions I tend to follow the directive style. People with that decision making style are action and result oriented, forceful, practical and authoritarian, dislike committees and group discussions, and completes tasks quickly. Others sometimes perceive my decision making as autocratic, simplistic, and rigid. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for structure, goal-oriented, such as in bureaucracies, or where power and authority are important.
"The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honers the servant but has forgotten the gift." Albert Einstein
Although I use both the left and right side of my brain depending on the thought process necessary, I am most comfortable while using the left side of my brain. That means that I am structured, control, clarity, focus, responsible, organized, planner, mathmatical and and analytical skills, listening skills, rational and logical thinking. However, sometimes I need more spontaneity, expression, nurturing, social and interpersonal activity, imagination and creativity, artistry, holistic, abstract and conceptual thinking.
#1 Green
I have a green personality type. That means that I am curious, visionary, problem solver, logical, and futuristic. When I communicate I go straight to the point, logical, facts, and I think before speaking. It frustrates me when others small talk, failure, being wrong publicly.
