MFO--TIPSSSS Workshop Series: Critical Literacy

Are you looking for some new ideas to incorporate into your instructional practices for promoting critical literacy? This is the session for you. We will examine the four roles of the literate learner and examine how to extend critical literacy and critical thinking across the curriculum. We will explore a framework and participate in activities from which to promote critical literacy and critical thinking skills to students of all ages. We encourage participants to BYOD so that various websites and other sources can be explored.
