Quarter 3 Ends and there is No School Friday, April 9, 2021

Principal's Message

Hello Roseway Heights Families,

This week, will mark the end of quarter 3. Remember that Friday is a no school day as teachers update their gradebooks and enter grades to complete the term.

Thank you to our families and community members for your continued flexibility as we work through the details of the upcoming shift to Hybrid Learning which will begin April 19. If you would like to look at the schedule or have questions, be sure to reference the information on the Roseway Heights Website. There you will find the schedule, a recording of our recent family night, and a transcript of questions from the evening. We are waiting for the transportation office to create bus routes and as soon as we have received transportation details, we will share cohorts and bus information with you.

There several interesting opportunities for students to engage with extra-curriculars on the Monday Advisory Quicklink on the RHMS website (and below). If your student is interested in participating in youth track, grades 6-8, there is an information link and contact information below. Also, chess club has been extended until the end of the year. Students who participate receive a free chess, t-shirt and two hours of online instruction each week. Parent/guardian permission slip is required.

We are excited to be greeting more students back in the building this month and to continue working with families who are opting to continue solely with Comprehensive Distance Learning.

Don't Forget- Last day of LIPI, Monday, April 12!
