Week of the Young Child

How will your school and community celebrate The Week of the Young Child™?

This is an annual celebration all over our Nation to raise awareness of the essential need for focusing public attention on early learning from birth through age 8. Parents, Community Members, Day Cares, and Schools must accept the critical responsibility of educating our young children. Even our Legislators in Austin are waging support for this important cause! (see below)

Today we know more than ever before about the importance of children's earliest years in shaping their learning and development. Yet, never before have the needs of young children and their families been more pressing. It is time to take a stand for supporting our children, their families, their schools, and their teachers! Please help support and emphasize the Week of the Young Child!
