Grandview Summer Edition
'Unplugged' July, 2017
Happy Summer!
I hope by now you have slipped into summer and are enjoying time with family and friends! Summer is the perfect time to rest, rejuvenate, and spend time catching up on all the things that you may have put to the side during the school year. I wish you time well spent with the things that bring you joy and bring balance to your life.
The purpose of this Summer Edition is for me is to just touch base and let you know I plan on being at Grandview a few times a week beginning the week of July 10. I will be setting up my office and getting familiar with our awesome school.
There are a few updates below. I will be in touch in early August. I wish you a wonderful time creating memories with those you love.
Take Care,
Michelle Barsh

Grandview Happenings
~Lisa Piontek has sent the link for the Theme Shirts. It is so exciting to have a school theme! Please let me know if you want one and it is not in your budget. Thank you, Lisa!
~It was great to see so many of you at the Oakland County Effective Practices Conference. I hope you were able to take something great from the sessions you attended. Thank you, Michelle Jacobs, for presenting! Presenting is a win-win. It's a wonderful way to grow as an educator and it's a wonderful way to represent our school and district.
~There are many of you working to help children this summer. I know specifically of Christine and Stefan. Thanks to them, and the others I may have missed, for sharing your talents on your time with others.
