All New Royal Fun Run
This year we are planning an all new fundraising event that will get the kids up and moving. Registration and the easy on-line fundraising details will be coming home after our kick off assembly on May 6th. Look for sneak peek videos of the fun obstacles that we are building for the run. The Royal Run will take place during school on Wednesday May 29th. To keep down the congestion on the obstacles, we will be having each grade run at separate times. We will be sending out a Sign-Up Genius looking for volunteers to help throughout the day. Please consider signing up to help with your kid(s) grade!
Family Night Out
Our last Family Night Out is scheduled at Portillo’s on Tuesday May 14th. So skip the dishes and clean up and join us for dinner.

5th GRADE PARTY!
It's hard to believe the school year is almost over, and another class of DGS Royals are moving onto Middle School!
In keeping with tradition, members of the Parents Club will be hosting a 5th Grade Party to send our elementary school graduates off in style. The party will be held on Friday, May 24th from 12:30 - 2:30 at DGS. (Rain dates will be the following week).
Students will be participating in teams in an "Amazing Race to 6th Grade" event consisting of both physical and mental challenges. After the event, we will have snacks and a slide show in the cafeteria to celebrate all the wonderful memories of DGS. Please look for additional communications via email closer to the date.
