SO MUCH TO CELEBRATE!!!

Greetings, Otters!

It is hard to believe that our first half of the school year is in the books. Our students and staff worked hard this fall and accomplished a great deal, including impressive academic progress, entertaining performances, wonderful school-wide events and so much more!

I hope that all of our Otters take time to reflect on their fall semester, celebrate their accomplishments, and set new personal goals for the spring semester.

Much love to all of you and as always, we appreciate your partnership!

Happy holidays,

Susanne Miller

Principal

Determination

Determination is deciding it is worth finishing what you started. We all know that overwhelming feeling of being at the beginning of a huge project—homework, room cleaning, or home renovations, just to name a few. It can be discouraging. It does require hard work, encouragement, but most importantly, you must have the never give up attitude, you have to have grit! And when you get to the end and see your accomplishments, it’s totally worth it!

Learn this great lesson together as a family this month by setting up a complicated jigsaw puzzle, or create a project that the family can do together. Work on it throughout the month, as a family, and don’t give up until it’s finished!
